Extended Day via Distance Learning Registration Form February 2021
Please fill in this form to register for an Extended Day class which begins through distance learning on    Tuesday, February 16, 2021 thru Thursday, March 25, 2021.

*Students are required to attend  Zoom a minimum of twice a week AND sign in DAILY, checking google classroom or canvas 4 days a week  from 1:30-4:00 pm for attendance.
*Classes will meet for 6 weeks. The 1st week will begin on Tuesday-Friday for THE 1ST WEEK ONLY due to the
  holiday.  The rest of the weeks, class will be MONDAY-Thursday. Here is a calendar to help you keep track

Teachers will give independent work for students to complete on the other 2 days that are the non-zoom days. Teachers will be available to help on non zoom days via zoom office hours or phone.

* Students MUST attend the 2 zooms and complete all of the independent work to get the credit for the class. You may NOT miss more than 3 days and must communicate with teacher before missing any zooms.

*Classes offered are:  WORLD History 1, US History 1, Physics 1, Chemistry 1, Biology 1, or any English class.  

*You must have earned a "D or F" in the class prior to enrolling

*Note that if a student earned an "F" in an Advanced, Honors, or AP version of a course, they may only take the Extended Day class to complete the high school requirement.  The GPA will still include the original F.  

*Students not participating in the class requirements and who are missing more than 3 assignments, may result in the student being dropped without a grade or they may earn an F for the term.

*Students may NOT sign up for a class in which they earned a "C" or better.  

*Students must check with counselor if there is a question on which class to register for.

*Students must join the teacher's Canvas or Google classroom by February 19, 2021 or they will not be able to
   continue with the class.
