Current Returning Crawford Student and Incoming SDUSD Student Transfer Enrollment for 2022-2023

Option 1: Email Submission Enrollment

• Download the following fillable documents:
• 1. PreK-Grade 12 Enrollment Forms

     English | Spanish

  2. Universal Form English

     English  | Spanish

  3. Health Information Exchange

     English | Spanish

• Fill out downloaded documents and save as PDF documents on computer. Please be sure to complete all pages.
• Email documents along with proof of address (SDG&E, Cable, Lease Agreement, etc.) to:

• Students will receive the schedule on the first day of SY 2022-2023.

   

   

  Option 2: In-Person Enrollment

• Enrollment Packet will be available for student/parents at school site during scheduled walk-in enrollment.
• Enrollment dates and time are scheduled based on Grade level.
• Enrollment schedule is as follows:

August 22, 2022 8:00A-6:00P – Returning Seniors (12^th)

August 23, 2022 8:00A-6:00P – Returning Juniors (11^th)

August 24, 2022 8:00A-6:00P – Returning Sophomore (10^th)

August 25, 2022 8:00A-6:00P – Incoming Freshman (9^th)
